ABOUT ALDRICH
Aldrich hails from South Africa, however, he spent a couple of years in Australia, where he enjoyed an exceptional start to his career as a golfer. In 2019, he was ranked 6,000th on the World Amateur Golf Ranking and his amateur successes brought him to the top of the world rankings. Aldrich turned pro in 2023 where he debuted at the Compliance Solutions Championship on the Korn Ferry Tour. He finished the tournament T38 with an eagle on the final hole.

Aldrich Potgieter, 19, has become the youngest winner in Korn Ferry Tour history.
At age 19 years, four months and 27 days, Potgieter becomes the youngest player to record a sub 60-round in a PGATour-sanctioned event – Astara Golf Championships (KFT).
2023 African Amateur Champion
Winner of the Junior Invitational at Sage Valley with a historic 10 stroke margin (65-70-68).
Debuted in the 2023 Masters Tournament and was invited to participate in the 2023 US Open.
Aldrich Potgieter won the 2022 Amateur Championship at Royal Lytham and St Annes in England as second youngest champion.
In 2022, he competed in the 150th Open at St Andrews and represented South Africa in both the Eisenhower Trophy in France and the Junior Presidents Cup in Charlotte.
